1) Eligibility & Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is a social casino intended for entertainment only and may not be available in all locations. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

2) Social Casino; Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual coins, credits, points, or similar items ("Virtual Currency") and virtual goods. Virtual Currency and virtual items: (a) are not real-money, (b) have no cash value, (c) are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or anything of value, and (d) may be modified, limited, or removed at any time. No real-money gambling is offered or facilitated.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and maintaining the confidentiality of credentials. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or to protect the Service.

4) No Real-World Value Play, Cash Prizes, or Redemption for Value

The Service does not provide real-money gambling, real-world value play, cash prizes, or redemption for money or value. Virtual Currency and virtual items are for entertainment only and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash or anything of value.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/scripts, or attempting to manipulate outcomes or balances.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or trade Virtual Currency/items outside the Service.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful content.
• Unauthorized access, interference, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security measures.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, artwork, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment as permitted by these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Unless prohibited by law, you and we agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration instead of court, except either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. You and we waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. If arbitration is not permitted in your jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
